Thanksgiving pics from East Texas...

We spent a few wonderful days with our families in East Texas over Thanksgiving. Here they are at a park, right in the middle of downtown Tyler. It was designed and built by families who have lost their own children. Names of each child were engraved on the cobblestones, bronze statues of teddy bears and kids... it was an amazing place. Full of the sadness of their loss, but also a sense of the joy that children bring.

Now tell me, is this the cutest bunch of kids around, or what!! I know... I mean OTHER than yours! :)

Yes! Absolutely wonderful group of kids. Who is the littlest cutie pie? The most recent grand?

Lucky you. Since I have no grandchildren of my own, I hereby declare yours the cutest.
May they always remain blessed and protected.

Looks like you had a wonderful time! And yes, until I have my own grandkids, yours are the cutest!

And look at that brave little elf on Santa's lap. I don't think I've ever seen a picture of one so small that wasn't terrified and crying their eyes out! So adorable...

GOD BLESS!

Oh yes, I think they are the cutest! I clicked to enlarge each photo and loved seeing their faces up close. Of course, you would have a lovely family. Their grandmother is the loveliest! I'm glad you were able to spend Thanksgiving with them.

Love you,
Debbie

To be blessed and busy with family life . . . this is one of the most precious gifts for me this Christmas! I'm keeping my focus centered on them and on Jesus.

And look at Santa's shiny boots! Love it.

They are all precious...totally precious. Our daughter will be moving to Tyler sometime next spring after she says, "I do"

Great pictures...and what a great place to spend Thanksgiving

The last one just did me in!! She has grown so much and is adorable. Actually, they all are. They are every bit as cute as my grandchildren. (You know, the ones who live in my head and heart.)

I think my favorite shot of the group is the one on the bridge.
